It's time to beat the heat with another fabulous SANTORINI GREEK KITCHEN wine dinner! AUGUST 1,2012 6:00pm alt 4 course menu with specially chosen wine accompaniments!! Taki has prepared another incredible meal for you. Each course is paired with an Arthur Black-Sommelier wine Appetizer: Taramasalata (roe dip) If you haven't tried our newest addition, you are really missing something. Our taramasalata dip is amazing and just might sway you from your standard hummus or baba ganush! Second Course: Greek Salad Our Greek salad has a mix of crisp spring greens, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, cucumbers, onions, and feta. All topped with our original oil vinegar and oregano dressing. Third Course: CHOICE of Talapia and sides or Pastitsio and sides Taki's tilapia is a mild white fish that he has specially seasoned and baked. It is served on a bed of grilled seasonal vegetables! The Greek pastitsio is a casserole made with pasta, seasoned ground beef and topped with a thick layer of creme bechamel. All this is topped with seasoned tomato sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese! Dessert Course: Limoncello Mascarpone cake! A light, moist, luscious lemon cake with cream cheese icing! Amazing!
